Returns Policy

We accept returns in accordance with the following provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. In particular, this means the items must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any original packaging, labels or tags are still intact.

Defective items, damage in transport and incorrect items: If you have a valid complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in any items, damage incurred in transit, receipt of mis-described items or the incorrect items was shipped to you (“Defective Goods”), you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charge and the cost reasonably incurred by you for returning the Defective Goods to us.

Returns procedure: To take advantage of our returns policy for Defective Goods, please provide us with notice in writing by e-mail at shop.scania@brandaddition.com. Customer services will inform you of the return procedure by e-mail (including, where relevant, by referring you to a weblink) (“Returns Instructions”). Please then return the Defective Goods to us in the same condition they were in upon your receipt, within 28 days of the date upon which we emailed you to confirm that your goods had been dispatched.

A refund (as described in section above) will be provided within 30 days of us receiving the Defective Goods. We will credit the refund to the credit or debit card used by you to make the purchase.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, returning is simple and stress-free. For non-defective goods you have 28 days from receiving your order to return it by submitting the online return form below. For defective goods you will be guaranteed by the item’s warranty (more information below).

Once we receive the goods, we’ll process your return and either exchange the item or credit the account, debit or credit card used to make the purchase depending on your request.

Please note: All items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any labels or tags intact – we cannot process your exchange/refund if not.

Non-defective goods

You are entitled to a full refund if you return the goods to one of our return addresses and notify us within 14 days of receiving your order through our online return form below – we allow for a 14-day grace period for delivery based on the date of postage. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the sender but we will refund the initial carriage costs – you may choose a tracked service for peace of mind.

When returning non-defective goods, include a copy of the delivery note showing the order number and reason for return or alternatively include a note inside the box with this same information. Once you have sent the parcel make sure to keep proof of postage for submitting your return.

  1. Pack your items securely with their original packaging along with any labels or tags intact and include a note showing the order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship to one of the return addresses below and keep proof of postage.
  3. Submit the online return form along with proof of postage.

Once we receive the goods your exchange/refund will be processed within 30 days.

Please note: This does not apply to customised goods or goods returned due to hygiene reasons.

Defective goods

If your item is faulty, we’ll make it right. Contact us with photographic evidence of the defect and we’ll arrange collection/replacement and/or refund – the initial carriage costs will also be refunded.

Refunds or replacements are guaranteed within the warranty period: 6 months from purchase for UK customers and 12 months from purchase for EU customers. Watches are under warranty for 2 years from purchase.

Please allow for up to 30 days for any refunds to be processed.

Please note: Brand Addition cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit during the return process. If this occurs, you will need to file a claim directly with the chosen shipping carrier.
